Super recommended.
Amazing onsen hotel in Thailand super nice and beautiful view. Close to stroberry farm so iwas very happy to experience picking stroberry to. Food was very good and Manager Nam have very professional maner. Thank you all your services.

Staff were really friendly and service was excellent. Really a great place to relax and enjoy nature. I enjoyed it tremendously. A pity that only the main restaurant was open at the time due to Covid.

Highly recommend for Onsen during the cool season. Best place for relax and not too far from the city. Only disappointed that we get room near the front so could hear the sounds of the road from terrace. Overall services is great wish to come back again.

พนักงานยอมให้แขกก่อนหน้า late check out ทั้งๆที่ทางเราเป็นแขกต่อห้องนั้นๆ ซึ่งเราไปถึงก่อนเวลา (เข้าใจว่า check out14.00 ค่ะ) แต่ก็เห็นเราไปถึงก่อนแล้ว ก็ไม่ควรให้แขกก่อนหน้า late check outค่ะ การเข้าพัก เข้าใจว่า 14.00ค่ะ ไม่ได้ขอเข้าก่อนนะคะ แต่ก็ไม่ควรเลทกว่ากำหนดค่ะ พนักกงานที่ห้องอาหารก็ 2 มาตารฐาน พนงนึงทำเครื่องดื่มเย็นให้ลูกค้าอีกโต๊ะนึงได้(โดยนำไปใส่น้ำแข็ง) ส่วนอีกพนงอีกคนบอกว่ามีแต่เครื่องดื่มร้อน ทำเย็นให้ไม่ได้ (อันนี้เกิดกับโต๊ะเรา) ไม่แน่ใจว่า เป็นรรที่นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้ามาได้หรือไม่ แต่ตอนไป มีสุนัข 2 ตัวนั่งอยู่ริมๆ lobby ถ้าเป้น pet friendly ก็เข้าใจได้ค่ะ

カップルで泊まったので、出来れば、時間帯予約制で一緒に温泉に入れる様にアレンジ出来れば良いのにね。 それから、時節柄、已む無しかも知れないけど、レストランのメニューが単調で、種類も少なく、ちょっと食事を楽しむ感じでは無かったかな。 和のテイストを出しているんだから、和食のみでも良いのでは？少なくとも、イタリアンは不要。

少し残念
素晴らしいホテルです。サービスは最高だし、日本と同じように温泉が楽しめます。一つ残念なのは、部屋の窓に隙間がある事。また、朝方、動物が屋根裏を走る音が聞こえて少し驚きました。

普段はインドネシアに住んでおり、日本一時帰国以外は、なかなかゆったり温泉につかる事は出来ないのですが、こちらのホテルではまるで日本の温泉と全く変わらず、ゆったり温泉につかる事が出来ました。仕事で毎日多忙の主人にとっても至福のひとときでした。タイ旅行には、必ず泊まりたいホテルです。ありがとうございました。

環境很好，很舒適
整體感覺很好，環境很 寧靜，只是周邊沒多配套，如要到附近地區遊玩必須預訂車， 唯一要提出的是有關massage 的地點，就在Onsen側面，完全沒隔音設備，一直都很吵，無法relax,因溫泉有段時間是公開給沒住宿的客人用的，第二次選擇了早上時段massage，比較會安靜些，但設備還需再改善，其他都是很好的。

Great scene and best service. Emperor suite was stunning. Outdoor onsen is very good and not inferior to the original one in Japan.
