"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"There's a shuttle schedule for transpo from the hotel. I had to do a bit of research on the timetable because it wasn't readily accessible. I loved this property, it's SO GORGEOUS for a budget hotel. The restaurant in the lobby is fine, it's a burger spot. The staff was nice enough. For 30euros you may be able to get an early check in. "
