Dear Peter, I am very sorry that you haven´t had a good experience with us as we always try to give the best confort to our clients. We always care about what you tell us to improve, it is for that that we do cared about the wifi when you told us and so we called not only the maintenance guy but also the internet company and right now it is working perfectly. I am very sorry that you didn´t like the breakfast, but I don´t understand why you say it is poor when it has everything as coffe, sweets, assorted patries, fried eggs, orage juice, chocolate, fruits, yogurts, cereals, cold meats, cheese, bread, toast, etc. I hope you could come another time to have a really good experience with us as we try to give to our clients.
