I made a last minute booking due to unforeseen changes in our plans. The room that we were given is w/o any windows and ventilation is quite poor. Location is very good and staff service is also good.

Place fine for solo travelers but be warned photos are misleading as hell. We had a room without any Windows or air con and just 2 beds in it in an L shape around a corner, shared bathroom (admittedly clean and nice) down Another hall away

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Situé dans une rue commerçante du centre au 2e étage d'un bâtiment sans ascenseur. Le personnel est très agréable. Le lit était de bonne qualité, mais il n'est pas toujours simple d'avoir de l'eau chaude et on entend bien les voisins s'ils font du bruit.

Limpieza: buena, pero el reuido tanto interior como exterior fue molesto. No hay ascensor y hubo que cargar el equipajes. El personal muy amable, la ubicación excelente.

Muy buena localización así como calidad-precio. Personal muy amable y atento. Todo muy limpio. Lo único que no tiene ascensor pero estás en plena calle Fuencarral, junto a Gran Vía y si vienes sin mucho equipaje es perfecto. Repetiremos

Staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming, the room was perfect, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels all provided. The walls are a little thin, so you can hear a lot. would stay here again, very central to everything, close to all shops, restaurants and metro links.
