The staff was so helpful, friendly and informative. The man, Alex, and the lady that checked us in were so welcoming. The rooms were clean and best of all it is in an excellent location. We couldn't believe how wonderful this location was.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel. It was located right in the center of the plaza. It is steps away from the metro station. The hotel is very modern and very clean. Alexi at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. He allowed us to leave our luggage as we arrived early. There is a lounge on the 4th floor where you can wait (if needed). I would stay there again without hesitation.

Excellent, central location. Really lovely and helpful staff, particularly at reception. Spacious room, basic but clean, modern and with everything one might need. Plenty of big fluffy towels, good hairdryer, safe, kettle, fridge. The only issue we had was the noise coming from the room next door, particularly the loud sound of their shower’s water running. I’d never heard anything like it before. It didn’t spoil our stay but it was quite noticeable late at night or early in the morning.
