El departamento es muy amplio, cuenta con un baño completo y un medio baño, cocina, congelador. Muchas camas y un sofá cama. Está bien ubicado cerca de tiendas, lavanderías, iglesias. El tren y el metro están a distancia caminable. Cerca del aeropuerto. Y con los trenes se llega muy rápido al centro de Madrid.
