Las instalaciones estaban en un estado pésimo, grietas, baldosas en el baño que se movían, el marco de la puerta del baño hinchada por el agua y hacía mucho ruido, el aire acondicionado ruidoso y no enfriaba.

Our room was very noisy. There had been a leak in the bathroom causing considerable damage to the bedroom wall, also none of the windows would lock. Generally the property was tired and in need of refurbishment.

We liked that it had a fridge. Property listing was falsely advertising, they had a pool but it was not operational and there was no notice of it not being usable prior to our stay, it said rooms were sound proof which was very false because we heard everything from the hallway, the room next doors and outside. It also listed they offer air conditioning and that is false, we called to ask how to use it and they said it is only heat. Our room was 28° degrees everyday and night. Very far from metro station and took Ubers and taxis 5-10 minutes to arrive. Definitely signs of water damage in the building on the ceilings and noticeable on the bathroom doors as they were warped. Kind of disappointed.

Good staff, close to transportation services, nearby gardens and no issue in finding car parking. The hotel rooms are absolutely not 4*, old (batroom still have the tube from the 90',bedspreads although clean with visible stains), somehow dark ... just an old room that stream for a complete renewal or better to be rebuild from 0.

From the mangement and the whole team i could of not been any Happier! Iwould highly recommend this establishment To everyone! I work in New York in a Steak house and Service is very important and kindness and truthfulness. The grounds are beautiful and I LOVE the pool perfect size . I love Madrid even more now and one more thing the metro is close by ! Thank you !

The location was not so close to Chamartin as announced. The shower needs an upgrade, there were no boundaries with the bathroom making it dangerous. The food was too expensive.

Rooms are large and very comfortable. The property is pretty big and has a playground for the children. The atra has plenty of restaurants and shopping walking distance.

A pretty knocked about place, shower screen didn’t close, curtains off rails, floor didn’t look clean. My room was a long walk from the main building down a not very well lit road. No cups/glasses in the room Lock on the door didn’t work properly

1st room did not have aircon working and after causing a power outage, changed rooms to second room, which again did not have aircon working (i.e. average room temperature was 25.6 C day / night despite running constantly with high fan setting. Using the hair-dryer caused another power outage. All said, the hotel could have been quite decent.

Nice clean room with good amenities, good included breakfast with hot fried eggs and bacon. 8 min walk to Metro. Free shuttle to airport is nice. A bit isolated with no restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant's dinner time is at 8:00 pm, a bit inconvenient to us.
