"MaShaaAllah. Clean and beautiful place, nearby Haram. Staff were very friendly and will go above and beyond to help you. The smell of main lobby, elevators, and rooms was amazing. Please if possible to share which air fresheners you use, we would appreciate that."

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern). "

"Excellent service from start to finish. With thanks to concierge Zafran and to all the amazing staff whose names I can't remember. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, breakfast buffet was excellent, lifts were efficient. Well located, close to Raudhah. Really good price point and over delivered. "
