"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"Y Platinum hotel is a total gem! It's located about 10mns ride from Musjid al Nabiyou, uber rides are about $5 to the Musjid. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. They fill up the fridge with free drinks. The staff is very professional and courteous. Breakfast was included and very good. The price is affordable. "
