The location very nice, walkin distance everywhere. Room was clean. All stuff and receprion team are very welcoming particularly. Mohammed who was very helpful. Thank you for fever Fruit basket and Dessert.

Was very disappointed We booked a quadruple room On arrival I was told only Triple room available No reduction in price The hotel had no extra beds so one of us had to sleep on the floor Forced to pay the full fare of a quadruple room on arrival Booked 9 nights Paid for 9 nights in a quadruple room on arrival in full Got a triple room and only after 5 nights was given an extra bed But no reimbursement Sad how they steal our money in this hotel

Customer service very inproffetional as a five star hotel. Service call response very slow. Room wasn't ready as time mentioned. Delayed check in. Resturent service is worthless, no care by service attendant.

HOTEL CLOSE TO HARAM SHAREEF
It is not a 5 Star Hotel. I do not know how a 5Star rating has been given to this hotel. Although the Reservation mentioned that there is a daily housekeeping, but they would not send any cleaning staff unless you ask for it. The Housekeeping phone number is not regularly attended. You have to call them several time to get a response. They provided a kettle in the room, but there was no complimentary tea and coffee sachet, which is normally provided by all the 5-Star hotels. When I asked for it, I was told that they do not provide. I did not take the breakfast in this hotel, hence I can't comment on it. The plus point is that the hotel is close to Haram and specially near the Ladies enterance. I would recommend this hotel to those who want to stay close to Haram.

Room was decent..ceiling in bathroom leaked each time hot water tank turned on....room service had to be called many times and had to wait a long time before actually came....breakfast choice and quality was fair....no chef available to prepare omelette or fried eggs...something which is definarely needed for breakfast...hotel should focus on this

Nice Stay Overall
We had a nice stay at this hotel even though it was a little farther from the haram than we're used to. The staff was helpful but the housekeeping was done at night (although everyday) so the room felt like it was dirty most of the day. They gave us courtesy snacks and water and the breakfast was pretty reasonable.

جيدة بشكل عام لولا مشكلة عدم توفر موقف للسيارة و المعاناة لركنها في المواقف العامة خارج المنطقة المركزية و عدم توفر النت طوال فترة الإقامة و هي أمور مذكور توفرها في الحجز و ذلك يخالف شروط الحجز . الإفطار لا يناسب جميع الأذواق و نقترح النظر في هذا الأمر و عدم العناية بنظافة السجاد في الممرات .
