"This hotel is an elegant, quiet, small oasis in the bustle of Kowloon. The staff are kind and friendly, the rooms are immaculately clean, modern, comfortable and quite large by Hong Kong standards. "Allison was the MVP of our trip! Since we had a family room, one side of the room didn’t have good WiFi reception, signals dropped often. I talked to Allison at front desk, she immediately followed up for me and after putting a extender the signal was much better.
