"Been coming here since just after it opened. It needs an upgrade badly.
Has no dining apart from breakfast. Used to be a cafè on the ground floor but not anymore.
Probably won't be returning.
The staff were very friendly as usual.
Even one of the receptionists recognised us and has been there since the beginning. "
