Room was a good size, very comfortable beds, warm showers and good wifi.. what moee could you need? Pool area was of resort quality. Very gorgeous spot. Had to walk at least 20 minutes to get to any good restaurants and with so much construction on the roads, it made it even more tricky.

The place is very clean and tidy. Its close to some food establishments. In my opinion, the price for breakfast buffet is quite high of a price. If lets say if the price was brought it down to a more reasonable price. People like myself will enjoy eating breakfast and would not go out.

I like the fact that everything is conveniently all around but the most part that I did not like is the shower fixtures. Does not work good even when we had our first time and nothing changed. I think they have to work on their bathroom fixtures. Other than that everything is good.

Will not choose Clark Marriott again
The first thing I noticed about the room is that there were just 2 small drawers in the closet to put our clothes. Not sure where they expect travelers to put their clothes if they have more than a small drawerful. We had 2 large suitcases. Arriving in the evening very tired, we ordered rice for the equivalent of $2.50 delivered to the room. After signing it to the room and putting on the do not disturb sign, we were twice interrupted by the room service delivery knocking on the door to tell us I needed to pay the $2.50 now on credit card. I asked them if they understood what do not disturb meant and told them I would deal with the payment in the morning. The room we were given was right next to the swimming pool with a balcony. At 5:00 am workers would be talking loudly in hallway and moving what sounded like equipment, obviously waking us up. This happened the next morning as well. Our complaints were accepted with many apologies, but nothing really changed. When I called for ice, because I can't get it myself, I repeatedly had to call twice and it took about 30 min. or more. The lotion in the room was essentially empty when we checked in, and the conditioner was empty as well. There are apparently some systematic training deficiencies here. Not the experience I expected at a Marriott. We won't stay there again.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The room had a broken shower faucet. I wanted to call the front desk, but we got back late at the hotel; therefore, it was no use calling the front desk. It seems there is a blind to cover the glass between the shower and the bed area, but it would not go down. So, when I’m sleeping and my wife used the restroom, the light woke me up. The staff members were the best! They were very friendly.

It was noisy. Could hear people above, outside and next rooms. It is in a good location, attached to another hotel with casino and additional restaurants so lots of options.

Weekend get-away
Very nice relaxing weekend. The hotel was fully booked but everything was working smooth in order. The only think i like to mention that the pool Chairs are not working for older people. There are to low on the floor to sitting on. There looking nice modern but not practical.

Room was dusty, noticed it floating up from the bedsheets, the fitted sheet on one of the beds was rough. Everyone had burning watery eyes. The rug had a 1 foot diameter stain. Good points, room was very quiet, had all amenities and functioned well. Invisible staff and no comment when I informed them of the issues. Full Breakfast but food was tasteless. No where near Marriott standard.

Surprise - Happy anniversary!
The stay was just as awesome as their friendly staff. Aside from the fact that most of them are Kapampangan, it feels homey to see them assist you all the way through. I'm surprised that bottled water is an essential part of our stay especially in the pool area. It was a short and sweet stay. I love the decor that they've put for our anniversary. Much appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our 1 night stay. The hotel was so clean and we felt very comfortable. The hotel staffs was also very friendly, the lady at the reception let us check-in a bit early and let us check-out after noon. I also like to give a shout out to July, who helped us with our luggage. We will visit again.

Well trained and very helpful staff
Went there this valentine's weekend, The frontdesk reception and concierge serve us well start from check. They also done a great job on helping me prepare a roses suprise in a very short time. Although the room wasn't totally well maintained (a chair was bit broken) and smoking area and equipment weren't friendly, but I would back there again due to their worming service.

Hot shower not working
My second time staying here. Wanted to give them a chance after a disappointing stay last time. My problem this time is the shower. The shower's hot option is not working. Reported it and they maintenance was coming but it did not. Followed up again. But it was night already and still maintenance didn't show up and just let it go. Although they brought an apology fruit basket but still issue was not fixed. Was not happy with my stay. Also, balcony is too dusty and seemed no one cleaned it.

Just an overall beautiful hotel. Can't complain about anything. What's more, after checkout wife left her jacket in a closet and didn't miss it until the following day. She had an envelope in her pocket containing 10,000.00. The jacket and it content had been turned in by room service. She retrieved the jacket and its content the next day and left 1000.00 reward for the person who turned it in.

a bit disappointed
I was actually quite disappointed for a few reasons: On the hotels.com site, it is says the room has a shower-tub combination but when I checked in, it's only a shower - no tub. I raised this concern with the reception and they told me the one in hotels.com is not accurate. Also, I initially booked the one with the balcony however I noticed that it's a double bed so I told them I only need a king bed which they accommodated me. All this time, it shows in hotels.com that it has the golf view, but when I got to my room, it's not. Another thing are the bathroom towels - for a five star hotel, I am expecting nice, fluffy towels but the ones provided to me are just too rough, looks like it has been the towel of the hotel for a very long time. I asked for a new set but it's all the same. On a positive note, room is very clean, very relaxing, wifi is fast, people are very nice and accommodating, food is ok.

World class. Our room is wide, modern and spacious. We have a view of the golf course. Staff is friendly and helpful. Upgraded to executive lounge but the food is horrible. Otherwise we have a pleasant stay.
