"Room was clean & tidy staff very friendly nice breakfast if theere was anything it would probably be the room bathroom was a bit dated but everything worked fine would stay again were looking to come back in november for weekend we will b staying wi yourselfs if possible "

"Beautiful place, the family room was perfect. Loads of little touches that the kids loved. Slept really well not a scrap if light through the curtains, all still fast asleep at 9am. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking not great as only 6 spaces and really tight but managed to park free on the next side street. Owner/host really friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back."

"The half-board was excellent value for money with good food for dinner and breakfast. Also free entertainment and bar was excellent. The room was clean and looked recently refurbed with basic furniture as expected for the price and also had a great sea view and plenty coffees and teas. Good location with easy access to tram stop for central Blackpool. Some areas of the hotel are dated with narrow maze like corridors when I went up in wrong lift first time but otherwise a great hotel for the price. "
