"The hotel has an excellent location, which made it very convenient to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Public transport, restaurants, and shops were all within easy reach. However, the room itself was quite small and felt a bit cramped for our stay. There was no fridge in the room, which would have been helpful, especially for longer stays or keeping drinks and snacks. The furniture was also very minimal — there was only a very small table, and even the chairs were stacked on top of each other due to the lack of space. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if location is your top priority, but the room size and limited amenities may not be ideal for a comfortable or longer stay."

"The hotel room was very clean and the view was INCREDIBLE! Also the gentlemen who checked us in was very helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner not turning on and he came up and swapped it out no problem. Would definitely recommend again stay here again! It is a little bit of a hike up the hill to get there. If coming from train station and taking the bus, take bus 14. It lets you out above the hotel and then you can walk down a hill instead of up."

"This is a gem! Great location and a beautiful place that retains the charm of its age but is updated to be clean and comfortable for modern use. Everyone on staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent with beautiful porch for outside eating. If you are driving let them know when you book your room and they will reserve you a parking spot conveniently located across the street. Wonderful place!"

"La parada de bus se encuentra en la entrada lo que es muy conveniente y el hotel te entrega pase ilimitado para subir y bajar cuantas veces quieras. Staff muy amable, te ayydan en todo. Cuarto pequeño pero limpio que para mi es lo mas impoertante ya que vas a esrar fuera conociendo la ciudad. También te guardan el equipaje sin costo. En el lobby tienen snack y bebidas a la venta. Cerca del terminal deL tren 12 min caminando."

"Very good location, less than 10 minutes to the train station and Chape Bridge. The room is tiny, but still good enough for our three adults. My husband likes the glass water bottle with Cascade very much."

"This was the best bed I had in Switzerland or Italy. Another plus was the lovely, friendly front desk staff who let us check in an hour early and offered to upgrade our room on what seemed to be just an expansive mood. The AC was also good in the current heat wave and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Makes me think I should try more Ibis Style hotels."
