"Historic hotel in Lucerne. Has all the amenities (even a portable AC). Really nice restaurant/bar downstairs. Near the historic center of the city and the covered bridges."
"What a unique place to stay. My husband and I loved the experience of staying in an old jail cell. The receptionist was so helpful she was also able to reserve our tickets for Mount Pilatus which made it so much easier. Our room was tidy every day. We were so grateful for everything and glad we stayed here. Don’t hesitate, book your stay, it’s close to everything."

"They mentioned it was an A/C which is not available at the property. The fan was not working either, when I said I would like to change the room the host showed me room without fan. She said open the window if u need air, it was supper hot outside. Overall terrible experience. Never recommend to anyone."
"Pick this one at your own risk. However, if stuffy and pretentious is for you, try it. The room rate is rather high, given its location away from the old town. The restaurant food was not to our tastes. Tiny portions and a little bland. What’s with no TV to watch in the bedroom? The huge patio off the room was great but no view.
