"What an iconic place to stay. We loved every minute of it! The room was beautiful and the hotel bar was so lovely. The restaurant was the least awesome part…food was just slightly above average…it should get better to stay up to par with the restaurant of the property."
"THERE NEEDS TO BE BOOKING OPTIONS FOR ROOMS/SUITES IN THE NEW VS. OLD BUILDINGS. We booked a Double Room Deluxe and, as it turns out, our room was located in the original hotel building. Our bathroom was sorely in need of updating. We requested to be moved to the same class of rooms in the new building, but there was no availability at the time. We upgraded to a Junior Suite in the new building, which cost an extra $250/night and it was lovely."
"The good- Fantastic location in old town near Zurich HB. Room was good size and clean. Staff was nice. Check in and out was easy.
The bad- The shower drain barely drained. There was no AC so it was warm. We had to leave windows open and it was very loud outside until early morning hours on our Friday night stay. Breakfast was very slim and not worth it."
