"The drive to the hotel took us down a side street as opposed to a main road giving a very bad first impression but on arriving at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The reception was airy and authentically Egyptian. Nasser welcomed us and arranged for us to get together on the terrace the next morning so we could go to our room as it was quite late. "I left with a bad taste in my mouth because the tour company recommended by the hotel was horrible and when I went to leave my complaint in front desk the response was (super rude) that next time I would look for my tour online …. I left the property sad and disappointed, wanting to return to Luxor but not to stay with you guys. NEVER 👎 "
