We did not stay there. I was connected to a property near the wrong airport. Hotel was aware but would not cancel. Transportation was not available as advertised. Could not get ahold of Expedia.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free transportation to and from the airport to us, but we liaise with many taxi companies in the area and my colleague had given you the numbers for these companies to make a booking to get to us. As per the cancellation policy for your booking, you had paid in advance for this reservation and it had stated it was non-cancellable or refundable. For all of our guest we try our best to help out in every situation, but as you paid through Expedia and not directly with us, they would need to be contacted. I wont stay here again
A major let down to the Hilton brand. Uncomfortable beds, pillows, even the bedding was bad, felt a bit like sandpaper. Room service food was excessively oily and flavourless. In my view a considerable let down to the parent brand

The bed has been designed to provide comfort for everyone, this is due to the state of the art adjustable dial that controls the hardness of the mattress. Regarding room service, we apologise for the inconvenience with the food, was excessively oily and flavourless. The selection of dinner menu are carefully chosen to please all our guests' tastes, however, we are constantly trying to improve the variety and quality of food items that we offer. A Hilton hitel on the outskirts of Luton. Spacious but chargeable parking. Good teception service. My room was spacious and clean Restaurant is OK but limited menue choices. Breakfast buffet has a good selection. The breakfast time service is very busy with a considerable number of young children getting fed before school. So either eat early or chance leaving it to 0900.

Noise
So much noise… kids running up and down the corridors from early evening to close on midnight People shouting snd laughing, had disturbed sleep and I’ve stayed in this hotel more tha 20 times! Is this hotel housing people because I noticed children in school uniforms arrive after school?

Reasonable hotel
Lovely staff wherever you went from check in, restaurant, room cleaning and particularly the breakfast team. The bathroom could be cleaner, shower screen quite grubby. Food was good and fair value. Very good parking facilities. Ideal for our purpose.

good reception greeting ample parking nice clean room and excellent breakfast service. Let down by bar staff asked for some fresh cold milk for tea and was told I need to pay for small amount of tea Which i required for my bedroom tea as i don't like the plastic tub milk I have travelled for 14 years in hotels for my work first time been told to pay for milk will definitely will not be coming back again for business trip by to Hilton Gardens inn Luton again will book different hotel.

A great place to stay
Stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting a family member in the area. Hotel room was large and nice double shower with all toiletries by Crabtree & Evelyn. Tea & coffee and a small fridge in the room. There was a small issue with my towels on arrival but this was soon sorted by housekeeping. Had two evening meals at the hotel which were very nice. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and quiet, and on the bus route.

Nice hotel, rooms need upgrading, but very pleasant stay nice and clean, very comfortable bed. Was a problem with our first allocated room no light bulbs in the lamps. Call to reception allocated new room in minutes!

Don’t ever give your credit card, I they ask for my credit card and they charge me 10 pounds I go in the room and around 12 AM I start to received email from my bank that my card was used for many transactions, I run to reception to see what’s happening, the person at the reception who asked for the card finished the shift, it was another person and when she looked at the details, the previous receptionist ordered food and whiskey with my card for over 300 CAD. I called the bank and blocked the card. For this reason, I could not leave the room for fear of theft from my luggage and decided to leave the hotel without staying until the next day when I had my flight. I hope that EXPEDIA will do something and protect its customers from such hotels. Thank, Monica 🇨🇦
