"The house has sooo much potential and the location is amazing and we were happy at the beginning of our stay till an electric outage happened half way through our holiday and the client service of that place was nothing but non professional. They left us with no help or support and we had older people who struggled to roam the house in the complete darkness and when we did call them every time someone says that they are on a new shift and did not abiut what happened earlier. "Lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, and one of the highlights was the bracelet-making activity for children. My little one absolutely loved it! I only wish there had been more children’s activities available, especially on Fridays and over the weekend. We also attended the Surplus BBQ Gala Dinner, which was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel. The only areas for improvement would be to offer a bit more variety on the menu at Atrio and perhaps include a small welcome treat or goodies in the room on arrival to make guests feel even more special."

"Good modern hotel. Looks very new in certain blocks. The staff are very helpful and bend over backwards to help you. The food is good for the most part in the buffet. But it can sometimes be very limited for vegetarians. There are hardly any fresh salads or yoghurts. And the food options in general can be very limited at lunch as it’s a smaller buffet. They also seem to not have enough staff on at meal times so it can get very busy and the staff don’t know whether to clear and set tables or take drinks orders. They do also have an Italian restaurant which is very highly rated. Pool are is excellent as is the small beach and Rock/cliff area they have by the water. I would come back again but I’d like to see improvements in the food choices for the buffet."

"Food was lovely, staff were friendly (except one member of staff in the Ombré restaurant) hotel was very clean, shops in the hotel are a rip off, gym was small. The Sabi pool area and restaurant across the road was brilliant! Kids pool and infinity pool was really good, didn’t get to see the adults only area as the kids were attached to us (unfortunately we’re not blessed with grandparents)"

"From the moment we arrived, we were reassured that all members of staff had been made aware of our son’s needs. This immediately put us at ease and meant so much to our family. The larger family room was perfect for our son’s needs and gave our family plenty of space. The child safety locks on both balcony doors were an excellent feature. One of the standout highlights of our stay was the incredible breakfast. Every day, the chefs prepared our son a special gluten-free waffle, which he absolutely loved and looked forward to each morning. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made breakfast a real highlight of his day and one of ours too. We also thoroughly enjoyed every restaurant that was open for dinner during our stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was simply impeccable. Every area of the resort was maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The restaurant staff took our son’s allergies incredibly seriously, and we always felt completely safe dining there. The pool staff were wonderful with our children, housekeeping kept our room immaculate throughout our stay and the evening turndown service was a lovely touch after long days exploring with three tired children. We felt the children’s club could have had more structured activities rather than a single room with one member of staff. A larger team of enthusiastic, child-focused staff might offer a more engaging experience and would be a wonderful addition to an already fantastic family resort."
