"Church bells are ringing at random times, adding to the spirit of this place, but I picture how one could be disappointed in the frequency of this „music”. Other than that - a nice place with somewhat challenging parking conditions (street parking), you get to test your driving skills in those narrow historic streets. Would go again."

"Such a special night at xara palace - I was able to get an upgrade for my room and am so grateful. The room had a beautiful private balcony and hot tub overlooking Malta, which is an experience that I will never forget. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. The pool is a few minutes away in the car - the hotel provide a lovely driver as a when you wish to use this facility. Staying in the silent city of Mdina was a way to truly capture the essence of this special place "

While that sounds funny, if you have ever been to a resort that doesn’t control their towel inventory…it looks chaotic and dirty. Not here! "A stunning hotel in the centre of Valletta. The staff were so wonderful and inviting from the moment I arrived. I was fortunate as arrived at 11am and my room was ready. The rooms, hotel facilities including swimming pool were perfect. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. Location is also perfect and Valletta is walkable - it was just a short taxi ride to other locations in the south of the island. Plenty of food and drink options a short way from the hotel"
