"Everything was wonderful from booking this beautiful hotel to having 2 amazing nights here for our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff were excellent - we were treated to a room upgrade with large balcony and a bottle of Brut. The only sad point was leaving."

"Beautiful hotel and great staff. There was construction on our side, so they provided us a free bottle of Chianti wine. It was an amazing experience. The only negative was the service in the roof top lounge. We only managed to have 1 round until we were about to walk out after waiting about 49 minutes for the next round. They were not busy."

"I highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely a ten out ten. Friendly staff. The breakfast one of the best most complete manus excellent. Totally worth it!!!! The location is ideal you can walk to Michallangelo square and the town. One piece of advice we made the mistake and walked from the train station to the hotel is about 30 minutes. Taxis are expensive about 40 euros. Take the bus number 14 only one euro lives right by the hotel and in front of the train station. If I ever come back to Florence will definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you to everyone in the hotel loveeeed it!!!!"

"Lovely hotel, room was comfortable with all amenities you could need. The spa was very nice and a little getaway inside Florence. We were able to book the Spa and have it for ourselves even in the middle of summer. Breakfast and pool are great. We opted to use the bikes they provide to get to town, the hotel is right on a bike path and it is a straight shot to get to the city center. Great location but still far enough that it is quiet, and we had wonderful little sunset bike rides into town by the river. Highly recommend the staff are wonderful."
