"Room was HUGE! Nice patio overlooking the property and trees. The day we arrived, there was tacos and bbq happening for Father’s Day. Staff were friendly and let us check in early after a long drive and day. There is a restaurant and store on property. Store was reasonably priced. Quiet and peaceful."

"For the price we were thankful for a fairly maintained hotel that doesn’t look dumpy. There were some issues with the hot tub water level being a foot below the skimmer basket. The water was surprisingly clean though. No housekeeping came to our room during our four night stay. We ran out of clean towels and toilet paper and garbages overflowing. This place doesn’t serve breakfast. They have a coffee bar. The beds are hard and pillows cheap. The comforters look very old. The TV and wifi did work"

"The location was great; only a couple blocks from the boardwalk. The staff was nice and accommodating, but the room was less than mediocre. The bathroom counter and floor were dirty. When I dropped the towel on the floor and picked it up, it was dirty, as if it hadn’t been swept and mopped for a long time. The room floor felt very dirty, and in one spot, it smelled like urine. I wore socks when I stepped on the floor. Great location but the room was nasty."

"The parking was cramped and you may not find a spot if you arrive later evening. Our bathroom vent was very noisy and probably needs replacing. I enjoyed the relaxed, 1950's vibe of the hotel and courtyard."

"I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this place was honestly unacceptable. As soon as we arrived, we got a bad feeling. The outside property looked completely trashed with garbage everywhere and broken appliances left around. We tried to ignore it and hoped the cabin itself would be better, but it was just as bad inside. The cabin looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. The bedding had mysterious stains on it, the floors were filthy and looked like they had never...

"This is a go-to for us because we love Los Gatos and they are dog friendly. Loading and unloading is self-help which we don’t mind. The rooms are clean, quiet (sometimes there is some noise like motorcycles, late night crowds on weekends, but that’s Los Gatos) and decent size for two plus a dog. Cafes, restaurants and shopping are all with in walking distance. There’s also a mini redwood forest park across the street near the post office where dogs can walk and have a drink at the fountain."

"We enjoyed our stay here! Good deal for the location and room. Nothing special about the rooms, pretty simplistic. Everything was clean and the property was nice. No amenities to enjoy and there was a really loud cracking sound in the ceiling and walls in our room that would start happening towards the evening which was concerning, but nothing came of it. Overall, we enjoyed this spot and how quiet and close to town it was. Would stay here again."
