"Ok the hotel and location is great, breakfast is included with you stay ( the breakfast is good) is very close to beach 88 who is used the majority by locals, is only 2 issue's one is not elevator in the hotel so you have to carry you luggage to you room and the second is parking you have to park in the street when you arrive is not parking by the street due to people using the beach but after the beach close people leave and you have enough space to park. "This place is great. The owner Israel is very responsive and nice. I originally stayed at another hotel but their AC was broken. I had to find another hotel last minute at 8:30PM. I found this place because it’s close to where I originally stayed and messaged Israel. He welcomed me to his hotel despite the late time of day. The check in process was super easy too. "I enjoy the all-inclusive resort. I enjoy the swimming pool. The party pool was a lot of fun. 0 The staff really tried hard to entertain us and I enjoyed them bringing drinks to me. Also they made pizza by the pool which was excellent. The animals were very much a delight. Toca boat cruise to an island and it was tons of fun. His crew was very accommodating"

"This is a very large property so plan on doing a lot of walking to get from room to beach to restaurants. Our room was located in building 6 which was perfect for us during the day being close to the pools & beach access, but it was quite a walk to the majority of the restaurants at the front of the resort. We missed all the shows due to the only available restaurant reservation times overlapping with show times which was disappointing. Also, with check in times being 4pm it would be nice is more than 1 eating option was open during that arrival window and don't show up hungry from a long day of travel excited to enjoy some resort options just for everything to be closed until dinner time except one sports bar & grill at the front on the resort. We LOVED the spa & visited a few times for massages! The other resort guests made the trip- everyone was so friendly and we had a great time running into new friends throughout the week there."
