"Lovely location less than 5-7 minutes walk from train station and 10 minutes walk from bus station. When we stayed it had construction right across the street (which the hotel cannot change nor control). We did NOT stay in the Annex. This was only the original building. Otherwise, breakfast was delightful with multiple choices, high turnover of items to keep items delicious and fresh. Bathroom only offered shower with limited options to hang items or place on counters. They placed a hair dryer on the seat in the bathroom. For what it was worth, very safe. Included luggage storage which you could leave your luggage even after checkout - very useful. Great seating options for remote work downstairs though it can be a bit noisy and loud with other customers and the construction from the place across the way."

"This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in this trip. We booked one before our cruise and one after the cruise. It was a nightmare with this room assigned to us. On the first night, the shower stall flooded and I could not open the door of the shower. The water was not draining, and was built up after a 5 min shower. I try to clear the drainage but water was flowing very, very slowly. Finally I gave up, and opened the door to ask my husband for help. The water gushed out and the whole bathroom floor was wet. The water flowed out to the entrance of our room. My husband called the operator for helped. Apparently, this is not the first time there is drainage clogged in our room or the hotel. The staffs all seemed to know about this problem. The maintenance guy came to our rescue because of room floor was all wet. He cleared the clogged and told us that it would be ok to use the shower. The following day, same thing happened. This time it was my husband who experienced it. Fortunately, this time the water level wasn’t as high, and the water flowed much faster. Only a small amount of water leaked out to the bathroom floor. We had to call the operator again because I had not used the shower. The same guy came to plunged the drainage. He told us the drainage was cleared and I shouldn’t have problem taking shower. When I was taking shower, I could see the water draining faster than before. It was definitely not a good experience. "

"This is a nicely run, friendly place. It is quite central and near the station for shops, trams, u and s bahn. It is close to some adult venues but we didn’t feel unsafe. The breakfast was nice and had many different foods but it was the same every day. Generally, a decent reasonably priced hotel. The Lufthansa airport bus stops about 10mins walk away so that is an easy option."
