"The pool is only 2 ft deep."

"Initially, the staff were nice. When I went ro the room, the door was unlatched. Nothing looked disturbed, so overlooked it. There was one hand towel, one washcloth and a bathmat. The shower rod was pulling from the wall. The night staff was apologetic and brought clean towels and a washcloth. Said new housekeepers and were having communication problems, dryer wasn't working. In the morning, discovered the water was not working in the tub/shower. The staff offered a key to a different room, but we wound up just washing up at the sink. There was no stopper in the sink, and a toothpaste cap was in the drain.There was leftover food in the refrigerator. We had a puppy, and he got stickers in his paws when we took him potty. My husband went for breakfast and there were crumbs and empty containers. When we left, i looked again and they had refilled some containers, but we were done. Rethink and give them time to correct issues. April 13, 2026"

"The floors walls and shower were filthy. The bed was ok. The common area was pretty well maintained and the staff were always nice. The price was super cheap but I’m still not sure I’d stay again with the cleanliness as bad as it was. "

"I complained to the front desk about some teenagers that seemed to be unsupervised because they were arguing and cussing terribly while they kept running from room to room down our hallway. The clerk at the front office said she would come and check. This behavior continued until after 11:30 p.m. When I checked out I once again complained to the front clerk and told her if these kids would have been doing what they were doing on our floor down here in the lobby she would have called the cops. I had my two young grandsons with me and to hear that type of language and disrespectful behavior was unacceptable!! All she could say is that she would tell the manager when he returned. The pool area didn’t have any towels, another guest had to go and find some. Several kids were cannonballing into the pool."

"Room was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Coffee and breakfast options were excellent. Multiple healthy food options were provided."

"The bathroom was gross. The overflow drain in the tub had rusted out so badly. You could stick your finger beside into the void. That means Water is getting down there and I’m sure they’re small. The sink had a big chip out of it that had been glued back in kind of. The dog in the De room barked all night. I chose this place because it had an eight star rating. That is not accurate at all. I would give it a two star. It was cheap and had a moderate breakfast."
