"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"Yes the room was spotless. However my short stay was marred by a ‘faused fire alarm” alert sound in the corridor in the evening. I called the receptionist at once and was assured there was no real fire! At least the safety equipment was (malfunctioning) working! Other than that my stay was fine."

"I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "

They also were very kind to provide some upgrades to our rooms which I assume was based on the factor that we had a few young kids. They were always happy to assist with any request and helped us on the communication front with the locals. I would definitely love to come again!"
