"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst in Palawan. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added extra, and a free shuttle to and from the nearby airport which is only 15 minutes away. The staff were so helpful, courteous, friendly and polite. We shall return here one day soon with our four grown up children here, it was that good. 😊 It’s a ten star ⭐ from us. Exemplary hospitality here at Alvea hotel."

"From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Tony and Ann were amazing and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Breakfast was served at the exact time I requested, and it was absolutely delicious — lovingly prepared by the family who owns the hotel. One detail I really appreciated was that each room door had a family member’s name on it, which gave the place such a warm and personal touch. They also had convenient parking available...

"Staff was super friendly and helpful at check-in, check-out, and after we left our luggage there all day, they were very helpful as well. Breakfast was varied - having fried eggs was nice. Room was decorated fairly well and was very large. It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport. Shower pressure and temperature were very good. Primary complaint was air conditioning did not cool the room enough. It never got very cool."

"The place was very clean and organized and the staff were very helpful. The receptionist help us outside to get a tricycle for our ride to city centre which we could have done it ourselves but they go up and beyond to help us. We wanted to stay longer but our time was so slim. We will comeback to this hotel again. Highly recommended "

"Had a good time! Only complaints are the walk ways were pretty small in the rooms as-well as the wifi not being usable most of the time in the rooms. Outside of that the property was great and staff were very nice! :) Oh right and you’re next to a hostel so it’s quite loud at night till 11PM then it’ll be quiet"

"Althpugh we only stayed for 1 night the staff were very helpful, the property was clean and well decked out. There was a nice pool which we didnt use due to timings, but agreed if we were to go back to puerto princessa we qpuld stay there for l9nger."

"Airport shuttle is available for a fee for a hassle free transport. The staff are very helpful.The room is clean but they put air freshener that is not good for people who are sensitive to some smell. Few choices for breakfast, wish they serve more fresh fruits"

"Ok hotel. Room was simple with a window with no view, place is getting old, not very comfortable. Maybe the other room were better, that's a problem I have to deal with hotel.com often we get the crapy room in the hotel. Thinking more and more to leave this site."
