"The hotel was not air conditioned. It was very warm unless we were in our room. It wasn’t very clean. The rooms were clean for the most part. The pool was not lit up at night so we really couldn’t swim. There were dirty toys and floats in the pool area. Basically it just isn’t being maintained the way it should be. "
