Beachside Resort & Residences

"The suite was beautifully appointed, spacious, and well furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, and our pool view was lovely. We especially enjoyed the private spiral staircase from our balcony that led directly down to the pool. The pool was advertised as heated, although the water temperature definitely suggested otherwise. Unfortunately, the biggest issue with our stay was significant and should not be taken lightly: there were tiny ants everywhere inside the unit. They were on the kitchen counters, dining room table, couch, and throughout the living space. We had to throw away all of the food we left on the counter because it became completely infiltrated with ants. They were so tiny that they were often difficult to see, but you could feel them crawling on you. It got to the point where we couldn't comfortably sit at the dining room table or even relax on the couch. It's unfortunate because the unit itself is beautiful and has so much going for it, but the ant infestation seriously impacted our ability to comfortably enjoy the suite. This is something management needs to address immediately before hosting future guests."

Ibis Bay Beach Resort

"Stayed at Ibis Bay resort for the Fantasy Fest Weekend. Room was spotless, plenty towels, soaps, good sized fridge. I enjoyed having a small patio attached to my room. Property is well maintained. They have large Macaws and tortoise's on property. Grounds crew kept everything pristine. Swimming pool is nice with plenty of room. Really enjoyed the free continental breakfast each morning. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Groceries stores, fast food is across the street. I would stay here again."

"Wonderfully situated & quiet suite on United. Cleaning could have been better if more attention had been paid. Warm & hot water took forever. Shower could be much better if it had an attached hose for all around water. Water pressure sucked! Maudia (check in person) was excellent. Kitchen staff appeared angry & was less than helpful. Pool surroundings not kept up. Temperatures of both hot tub & pools were good."

"This was a VERY clean property. Literally bleach cleaned OUTSIDE to keep bugs and critters at bay, and very well maintained grounds. The sand along the water front was groomed daily! The onsite eatery was under reconstruction and they had a pop up option in the grounds poolside, in addition to a food truck in the front parking area. It was pretty convenient. Cleaning was every other day, and fresh towels were offered daily. Loved the serenity, the water views and being off of Duval. Will be back again."
