"My suite was very spacious and clean. The two air conditioners for the large room worked extremely well and I was comfortable the entire trip. All of the staff I encountered were super nice. I even had a mixup with another, similarly named hotel, and the staff here helped me clear it up right away."

"This is clearly a very old property, which isnt the fault of anyone's. However, the A/C in the room which is MANDATORY if you want to sleep is so dang loud, you cant sleep. So what do you do... the rooms are TINY TINY. The pool was pretty dirty, we wanted to go in but decided against it. It didnt feel like a resort in any sense of the word...which it doesnt fancy itself like that I get but, its pretty rundown if im being honest.
Staff is super chill, friendly, helpful as they could be."
