"I mentioned that this was our anniversary and we were upgraded to an amazing room with an awesome view! And we were provided a nice bottle of champagne chocolates, and a nice card. That really made our stay wonderful. We felt very spoiled and would love to have this exact room next time we return. My only criticism would be the property itself needs a little more TLC. We stayed here when it was Margaritaville and some areas showed some of the wear from those days. It looked like they were...

"Great experience overall! Clean hotel and pool, great local food and convenient shuttle service to downtown Key West. We did on site laundry… were told one price for a bag of clothing and were charged another, even though all items fit into their laundry bag and closed. We had the mimosa package special upon booking and it was never delivered upon, they stated we would get that refunded to us. Those were our only two complaints! "

"We are locals having to stay at a hotel while our house was being fumigated for termites. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating our late check out needs and got us the best price possible. Really nice room with big dig walking area right outside with nice grass. Everything was conveniently located for our needs. "
