"The pools on the property were nice. However, the restuarants and bars close too early. Upon check in, I arranged with the front desk to have a bottle of champayne delivered to the room for the 40th birthday celebration we were celebrating. (Reason for our trip). Unfortunately, after contacting the front desk that the bottle was never delivered and whats the stautus, I was informed that this service was no longer available. I had been given a card to fill out, which added to the disappointment....
