"We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair.
The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly."

"I had a good experience. The staff, so nice! They made sure you were taken care of or needed anything, to let them know. No complaints there. Breakfast was not bad at all. Everything was fresh and staff made sure there was enough to accommodate everyone. 😊 The pool area was nice, I wish it was just a little warmer in there but I'm anemic, so I'm always cold. Lolbvs Room was nice, clean and comfortable! I really have no complaints. I would stay there again.💯"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but showed age and wear and tear. The towels were clean but stained/yellowing. The pool was dirty with a lot of things floating and on the bottom, so we did not feel comfortable swimming."
