"地點方便，房間清潔很好，冷氣很夠涼，水溫也夠熱，座廁和淋浴間分開這一點很好，開放式設計但沒有很潮濕這個非常棒，房間有一大個落地玻璃窗讓人感覺空間感更大很放鬆整體體驗非常好員工也很友善，服務到位雖然入住的客人很多但是電梯速度很快都不會等太久這一點非常棒房間隔音也不錯晚上睡覺不會吵唯獨枕頭有點太軟其他都很好附近應有盡有距離時代廣場跟商業大樓也非常的近地段很好方便"

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin.
