Because we arrived before the 4 p.m. check-in, we decided to relax at the bar, where we met Vegas, the bartender. She was absolutely amazing—her cocktails were top-notch, and her personality sparkled. Vegas truly embodies what great customer service should be! While at the bar, we also met Joy—and her name says it all! She radiated positivity and made us feel completely at home. Every single staff member we encountered delivered luxury-level service that exceeded expectations and elevated our entire New Orleans getaway. From Karen, who helped me book the room, to AJ and Jonathan with their impeccable assistance, to Vegas and Joy who made us feel so welcomed and special—these five exceptional team members made our stay unforgettable. I absolutely loved my stay at Le Meridien and can’t wait to return. I’ll be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family visiting New Orleans—because when you want warmth, style, and genuine hospitality, Le Meridien is the place to stay!"

"Amazing staff, building is really nice. only downside are the rooms are outdated, they come with an amazing view. but the rooms are outdated other than that its an amazing hotel so pretty on the inside. Sports bar was amazing. "

"The Monteleone is a New Orleans institution, known for its quiet elegance and the famous Carousel Bar. The hotel is spotless, the furnishings elegant and timeless. All of the staff went out of their way to be friendly and engaging. In an area that is as tawdry and touristy as the French Quarter, the hotel manages to maintain its beauty and dignity. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay and hope to return. The only drawback, is that the Carousel Bar was full from opening until closing, with parties of people waiting on the sidelines to swoop into a chair the minute someone got up and left, so we didn't get to sit there even once on this trip. I think I've been able to get a seat there twice in about 40 years of New Orleans visits. The hotel has started a program whereby you can have the bar to yourself before 11 a.m. There's probably a charge for the service, but I didn't look into it. I'm not a big day drinker. For a French Quarter hotel, the Monteleone is a wonderful choice. "
