"Nice weekend get away. This is our fourth time at the Property. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking and valet worked very hard and ran things extremely smooth. The only disappointment was there were a lot of people there day passes. So many extra people there that That we're just there on day passes. Which made the people that were staying there overnight, not have any room for chairs and the lazy river was packed. "We loved the location right above Jo’s on 2nd St.! The apartment was very spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The property is right in the mix for downtown Austin, within easy walking distance for just about any activity. We had one problem, which is the TV in the living area wouldn’t connect to wifi, which meant you couldn’t watch anything. The bedroom TV worked great, and we weren’t there to watch tv anyway. "Very easy parking. Convenient location in Austin. Didn’t like the lighting in the room, especially the bathroom, where the lighting is all on one side of the face. No handle bars in the shower. Note that the water is very soft."

"The location and style of the hotel was great! Very modern and I appreciate their signage to support marginalized groups, The staff was hot and cold. Dome were very friendly and helpful and some were too distracted or uninterested in good customer service. All and all it was a good stay! "
