"The place is beautiful. Service can improve a lot in speed and quality. The people working at the hotel are very nice, but they are clearly short on staff and that has an impact in the speed it takes to get served on food and drinks. "As all opinion this is my personal preference. Room is bad! No air conditioning, ants everywhere, tv is a joke (ridiculously small), ambient noise is too loud you can hear the conversations of staff in the kitchen down stairs imagine hearing what’s happening in the neighboring room. Worst for me, No darkness at night, bright light always on outside and curtains let all light come thru. Toilet has no door for it self, so if you close the bathroom you block entry to washing hands, luggage, shower etc, and the bed OMG so noisy! and if you don’t think this is bad enough the Interntet is almost not existent in the room. Totally not worth the price, the location is far away from downtown, like 3.4 kms away. Would not stay here again. "
