El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación a las faldas del Tepozteco, las instalaciones y la comida son de buen nivel. Es un hotel para relajarte y descansar. El único punto es que las albercas son pequeñas y los cubre camastros ya estás deteriorados. Pero en general fue una muy buena experiencia.
