Overall it did the job for somewhere to sleep and shower while we were visiting LA but it was far from a perfect hotel. The floors in the room looked dirty and needed cleaning. The bathroom is in need of an updating but functioned okay. One nice thing was the complimentary breakfast with had your scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee and etc. For a budget stay it’s not bad.

The other reviews of this place had me worried HOWEVER, this place wasnt bad! Its an older hotel and you can definitely tell but the staff was nice and housekeeping came to my hotel both days I was there. Breakfast was alright, wish they had a few more options but the waffles were good. Overall for the cheap price of this place I think it worth the stay.

Some of the things the property mentioned on the website not available inside the hotel. Front desk needs training, they gave 1 room for two guests and I walked into the room and found a naked woman sitting on her bed. Terrible room, terrible breakfast etc

It’s just a worn down property and my room was next to another one that was taped off and an area next to it that was maybe being Reno’d. Looked like a bit of a construction mess. The room clean though, and I was there for one night. Called in earlier in the day and the woman working wasn’t very helpful and told me to call to talk to the check in staff after 2pm.

The hotel is extremely poorly maintained when we arrived at night. The entrance of the place was full of garbage, branches all over the drive way, then the rooms were extremely poorly cleaned, the carpet was full of garbage wherever you walked, the bathtub shower full of mold, generally due to the reputation of the hotel should make improvements. The breakfast that they offer was very poor. I will never stay again I prefer to go at any airbnb around

There was no daily coffee provided even though we had coffee maker's in the room. Front desk kept telling us some will be in tomorrow and everyday was the same answer. Housekeeping only came one time after we repeatedly complained that our trash was overflowing and the room hadnt been cleaned. They changed the code to the parking garage mid week without telling us it was changed so when we tried to park we couldnt get into the garage and had to go inside and wait inline at the check in desk to get the code all while our car sat at the booth of the garage. Very poorly run. Would not stay here again. I know it was a less expensive place to stay but coffee and housekeeping seem to be staples of any hotel.

The front desk clerk was curt and unhelpful. He barely spoke above a whisper and there was a big plexiglass surrounding the desk along with the traffic from El Segundo made it impossible to have a conversation. Inside the room was deplorable! Fleas and roaches crawled around and the whirlpool tub was scary! The TV would not stay on and when I called for assistance I was told maintenance would come and they never came. Also, the phone inside the room didn’t work. This is very unlike Wyndham, I’m thinking maybe a new partnership. This hotel needs to be shut down and completely remodeled. Never again!

You get what you pay for & wish I would have paid a little more for a better hotel. It was run down, smelled funny, we had to get a new room key 3 times because it stopped working, and some crackhead pulled the fire alarm at 3 am & no one would answer the front desk phone.
