Residential three bed bunk is not a motel.
I typed in affordable motel with a listing of affordable motels but for some deceiving way this listing which appears as a motel business changes it dialog once you pay and become a resident with three bed bunk bed me and my girlfriend immediately tried to cancel but was denied or refund for a place we never stepped a foot on and the person was rude to tell us no refund why would she put her business under motel if its not a motel i hope Hotel .com is insured when fraudulent business rip off their customers

Weird and awkward
When I knocked on the door to check in, the guy who answered said that they were full, did not know how I was able to reserve a room, and said that I would have to leave and find somewhere else to stay. When I said I would file a complaint with Hotels.com, he said that I could stay the night but I would have to leave early the next morning because he had other guests coming. I agreed to leave early because I was tired and didn't want to have to look for new accommodations that late. The place was clean and the other guests were nice, but I would definitely not book here again. This is a house in a residential area with shared rooms / bunk beds.

I said all the regular rooms were full. So I put you in the upgraded room. You booked the SHARED SPACE HOSTEL. !!!!!!!! So you got a better room. , and you said the place was clean !!!! And you still Gave 4 outta 10 stars.ALSO YOU ASKED TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT LOL !!!!!!!!

Didn’t stay need refund
I was not able to stay there. They called me after I made the reservation stating that they could not accommodate me and was unsure as to how I was able to book. I have tried calling hotels.com many times about a refund but was always on hold for more than half hour. Amazing ,Clean , Brand new
I first wanna say this place was amazingly clean ,I actually only stayed for a couple hours due to a emergency, Chris was kind enough to offer me a free stay next time I’m in area ,Much appreciation!!!!! For a hostel I felt at home . Brand new house,I love how every pod had a smart tv , bathroom were super fresh, with tons of free stuff ,face wipes lotions,etc. definitely worth checking out .

SUPER CLEAN !!!!!!
Definitely the cleanest place I ever stayed in . You can literally eat off the toilets in this place lol They are non stop cleaning.everything was brand new ,My stay was amazing. Every bed has a smart tv, usb ,headphones. I would definitely stay longer if I wasn’t leaving. Thank you for making my stay great , the owner Chris is super friendly,and he makes sure you have everything you need , whoever complains about this place has something wrong with them.

Great stay
Ron and Chris were great hosts. The rules are strict but that only helps in making sure that everything is clean and orderly which makes for a pleasant stay especially since you are sharing a room and common areas. Never stayed in a hostel before but this was a very pleasant experience. Neighborhood is relatively quiet unless the front door neighbors children are outside playing. I was in town for a seminar so this was the perfect place to just come in, shower, sleep and then head out.

It was very clean and they had plenty of toiletries. I didn't enjoy the bunk beds although I'm sure other travelers wouldn't mind. The rooms were unmarked, I found that to be a little annoying. The place was very quiet. The biggest issue I had was with the parking situation. There was NO parking available AT ALL , I had to park a block away and around the corner. NOT GOOD.

Chris and Ron went out of their to make me feel comfortable. The rules are very strict but I believe it's due to that that the place is so clean and neat and quiet. My only problem was with the location of the hostel. To get anywhere I had to take busses and if you're unfamiliar with the city as I was, you tend to get lost a lot. But if you choose to make that part of the ad adventure, then it's all good. Loved everything else about Luxury Stays. Highly recommended!!

Every day I received new towels, everything was very clean mostly thanks to strict rules that were reminded to me like 3 times while checking-in. Air conditioning worked maybe too well but it was nice to be in cold environment like that compare to hot weather in LA. I could use very modern and new kitchen facilities any time. So if you don't mind snoring or farting people with who you share the room it's a very nice place to stay.

Ad was totally misleading. It talks about rooms, but in fact you are renting a BUNK. "Free parking", means if you are able to find street parking space within a mile or two, no-one is going to charge you for it. (Residential neighborhood, one space per house, one side of the street parking, all full.) I can't speak to the cleanliness or amenities because I never set foot in the place. The owner saw the handicap sticker on my car, he started yelling at me that the ad clearly stated that "You must be able to climb into an upper bunk." Which it did and does not. He promised a refund, but I am out $70 for a place with undisclosed conditions that made it physically impossible for me to stay. Not recommended for anyone under any circumstances. Definitely not ADA compliant as required by law.

I rented this only because it was what i could afford at the time. When i get there though (expedia didnt show it was a shared room with 4 other people per room. I did not want this. Also on top of paying all I could he had the audacity to ask for a cleaning fee. Not stated in the website anywhere. I could not pay that. So I had to leave. I want a refund.

Great Place to Stay!
Chris was an amazing host! It’s super clean and Chris provides us with awesome snack and bathroom essentials. It was an interesting experience rooming with other people but regardless we always felt safe! He is available to us 24/7 and has a very good response time.

BEST STAY IN LA!!!
Amazing ! Best hostel/hotel in LA! The property was beyond clean and the customer service was white glove. I was taken care of from the moment I got there with the property manager carrying my luggage to my room. I had my own personal pod with privacy curtains and personal TV. I felt complete privacy as I did not see or hear anyone else. The amenities includes were also a huge surprise. I did not need to pack toiletries as they had everything you could think of from soap to razors to toothbrushes! They had a cookout for us as well as the complimentary breakfast. It does not get better than this!

The place was spotless! The owner was friendly and helpful. There were complimentary snacks and food items available. Everyone respected your space and your personal belongings. I would most definitely recommend staying; you won’t regret it. And for the price? Just do it.

It was extremely clean! Perfect and very much like home. My only slight discomfort was the stranger in the same room with me. Thought I’d have a room to myself but I probably missed that part in the description. Other than that I enjoyed it & a friendly welcome. Very nice and professional. I definitely recommend this place.
