The staff are awesome. This location is very convenient for many activities. Lyft and Uber find you quickly here and short trips to major attractions are cheap. You can walk to many interesting activities and eateries from the hotel. The only negative during a week long stay were the taxis that wait at the hotel. They run you somewhere without turning the meter on and ask for twice what it should cost in cash. We did report this to the concierge, but chose to use Lyft rather than fight with taxi drivers. The attached Ovation mall is fun to explore and lots of food choices. AAA

The staff in every area of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Good location for walking to shopping & restaurants but it is very touristy area. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Hotel is solid, we didn’t hear anyone else other than a little street noise, we were on the 6th floor.

Property in slightly dated condition, suffers from a lot of battered edges and blocked sink. That said, service very friendly, quality of breakfast very good. Repetitive banging sound in walls. Appreciated upgrade to suite.

The pool was a nice treat, shopping next door and Hollywood Stars were right out the front door. Breakfast buffet was nice as it had nice options. The bed was very comfortable. I’d stay here again.

Love how close this place is to shopping and to Hollywood blvd you can walk to mostly anywhere you wanna go or use the electric scooters! 10/10 on everything

Centrally located and very nice hotel. The staff will take care of you, and tons to do in walking distance. Saw a lot of celebrities while there, as there was an event nextdoor

Staff at this hotel is great. Restaurant located inside for easy dining. Connected to mall which offers shopping and additional dining. Pool was warm and open most of the day.

We love Loews! It’s an excellent Hotel! Super clean! I do hope they change the door to the bathrooms. It closes on its own and my 6 yr old son got hurt.

Stayed at the property for 5 nights and it was great. It is close to the Walk of Fame, Guinness World Record, Hollywood Museum, Hollywood Wax Museum, Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum, and a few other places. The breakfast was a little pricey but it was fantastic (ate breakfast every morning). I would recommend this property and location and if I get the chance to return to LA, I will be coming back to Loews 😊

Minus a few small hiccups during check in and housekeeping barging into our room ten minutes after we’d checked in, we had a wonderful time. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Checked off all the boxes. I will definitely return. Take note that this isn’t a safe location per se, but this is not because of the hotel, it’s the neighbourhood you’re staying in. Just keep your head up and be aware of your surroundings.

This property is very centrally located and it's easy walking to all everything in Hollywood. What sets this hotel apart is the excellent service and beautiful, modern rooms with amazing views.

It is not often when i can check ALL the boxes for "what i liked about this hotel - safe, quiet, convenient, transportation, parking, etc. Front desk was friendly. They were able to check us in before checkin time which i was grateful for after a 7 hour drive. Rooms were clean, hotel bright, everything you need is there or literally next door.

This property is amazing. the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Mercedes on the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with a smooth check in and brilliant rest of our stay. the rooms were cleaned everyday and they were absolutely spotless. the location is spot on, the Chinese Theatre a three minute walk away and plenty of fast food options around. there was not many restaurants within walking distance. the pool was lovely and heated and there was always plenty of pool towels. it was also great that as part of the city tax you get access to the bowling, cinema and hop on hop off bus free of charge, however you do only get one ticket for each per room. overall this hotel was brilliant and if i return to LA i will definitely stay here again :)
