Well.. A homeless man broke thru my screen and climbed into my room at three am I screamed bloody murder as I shoved him back out the window.. it should be on camera if they even work and no one came !!. the next morning my hotel was on fire and no fire alarms went off!! I was by myself! ... not a good safe experience!

Onsite gated parking was great and room was very clean. Shower head fell off, no hot water, very loud, very hard beds, and ceiling fan wires were hanging out of the fan WiFi was impossible to connect to. The staff were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful, though.

Everything was good. I especially liked how close it is to Hollywood Boulevard, which has everything you could want depending on your taste to eat. It's also super close to the bus stop, which I rely on.

Good walking distance from Hollywood walk of fame and shops. Felt a bit unsafe with people yelling just down on the street, extra door lock would be good. Small carpark and extra cost was unfortunate but they are clear about that on the site. Very loud machine starting up noise outside my room, on for 15 seconds off for 40 seconds constantly, made sleeping quite difficult. Got a smoke smelly room but hotel changed it for me when I asked and also stored my luggage the next day.

The place is perfectly located. It’s 10 minutes walk to the walk of fame in Hollywood. The only thing is the homeless people literally outside the property so it makes it a bit unsafe and uncomfortable. Nothing against the place tho. The staff was very friendly and the place overall great.

A nice old place. Needs a little updating, but the manager (or owner) was very friendly and accommodating. His helper on the other hand- not so friendly.. This place is very well located if you want to walk the Walk of Fame, and be within a couple of blocks from many Hollywood landmarks. Parking is tight but very safe.

Great, friendly operation!

Of course the Hollywood area has become challenging with the homeless, however the owners of this property have made efforts to avoid any issues from this Hollywood problem. The owners go out of the way to make sure your stay is a good one! Very friendly and very helpful! I will continue to stay here!

The staff was exellent. I had trouble parking on the back and staff guided me atb4 am in the morning. They were concerned I do not damage my car. They cleaning ladies offered me clean towels without even me asking.

I got what I paid for when I paid $80 for a motel in the middle of hollywood so I can’t complain THAT much. I paid for a 1 bedroom and for some reason got a 2 bedroom room free of charge, weird. There was a really strong and thick language barrier between the staff and I but checking in was easy I guess. The room itself was clean and organized, the TV didn’t want to turn on so that sucks.

This is not a 5 star hotel but for the comparative prices and the area, it is all you need. Whenever there was an issue, the staff were very friendly and responsive. For example, our toilet was leaking and they got us a brand new toilet within hours! The motel room was clean and comfortable and not tiny. It did smell like cigarettes, but again, for the price (comparatively) it was all you need. Walking distance from Hollywood Blvd, we went there every day. 15 minute car ride to Universal Studios. I would definitely recommend this place for people who are trying to save their money and are ok with the bare minimum.

Not worth the cheap rent

Only good thing about this place is Staff are nice and friendly and they allowed us to leave our car here after checked out to walk the hall of fame $18 parking per night. Take a while to get hot water A strong smell of moldy and faintly like homeless people + disinfectant. The place is really run down. The first room we got has no blanket just a thin fitted sheet. We had to leave the fan running for hours with window open to kinda get rid of the smell.

I was pleasantly surprised by the the space in the room. The bed was comfortable, although a thicker blanket would have been nice. The area where the hotel is located isn’t the best. Use common sense when traveling about. I did experience issues with the key card for the door. At least 3-4 times a day in had to ask the person at the front desk for assistance. A minor nuisance. My biggest gripe was the WiFi. I tried connecting to it my entire stay. The only time it remained on is if in was nearest to the office downstairs. I was in an upstairs unit. I ended up having to go outside and stand by the stairs for a signal. In the rain. There were things I wanted to complete for work and could not do them at the hotel. That was the point of having a hotel with WiFi. I ended going to Chic-fil-a or Taco Bell for a more stable connection.
