The evening mgr on sat, 2/3 during check in was rude, abrupt, and unwelcoming. She did assist me but not until after she threw her keys on the desk, and told me that "I needed to know what my reservations were" Her mannerisms indicated that she was frustrated, how she handled the paper, typing on the keyboard, looking things up - all very "short" I did not appreciate that attitude and have never been treated like that as a hotel customer. she was just plain RUDE
