"This hotel is cute, but the area that it is in is extremely loud. Also, it’s on the border of Skid Row and the Fashion district. If you’re not familiar with LA, these parts can sometimes be a bit rough. The staff was never really available via phone from the room so we had to walk down to the lobby often when we needed things. Also, when you call the hotel, no one picks up. Keep in mind that this is an older building that has been renovated, so it has quirks."

"Hotel was good. Nice service. Sink drain was a bit slow. Definitely recommend because it is super convenient to walk to Universal Studios."

"The staff is all very helpful! The only negative I could think of is if you’re planning on eating on property, it’s going to be quite expensive."
