"Huge mixup with our room/reservation. Super frustrating. Do not trust their AI text “concierge”. No one at the hotel manages it and it has a life of its own. Hotel is being remodeled which we didn’t know about. Made the stay noisy and felt less than ideal since restaurant is being remodeled. Phones didn’t work in the room. “Kitchen” amenities were non existent. I honestly don’t know how this place had such a great rating."

"The property is nice and retro feeling. Has a really cool patio you can sit up top & look on the beautiful mountain views. The staff is so nice and helpful. The ladies were so sweet ! A shuttle to universal was provided, Which was so helpful and both drivers made my son & I feel very comfortable. Telling us about their favorite rides and drove safely. Will be staying again :) reasonable price . It’s not a luxury spot if that’s what you want , it’s a comfy place . CVS is close , a convenient...
