Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"The room and premises were great. The wi-fi was an issue, we were told it was new and had problems - it did. The location is not great, far from anything walkable, although close to Expressway. The breakfast and breakfast room facilities were good, our room's design and condition were very good. The Inn entrance requires a room key or call to open door, probably because of neighborhood . Everything was clean and well-maintained."

"The staff was very helpful in changing our room from an accessible one to one that wasn’t. They also accommodated a request to place us on a different floor than the big group of kids that was staying there. Our room was well equipped and clean. "What can I say about a hotel that supplies earplugs in the room? The room was clean. Our room was on the second floor. To get to our room, we took the elevator up to the second floor and then up six narrow, steep stairs. Plus, when we checked in, they put a hold on our credit card for the entire stay. Basically, you pay upfront. The breakfast isn't exactly free. You have a choice of four dishes or $6 off any regular menu options which run about $11. You also pay for tea and coffee. Not exactly...

"Room wasn’t ready until 4:45. Told multiple times starting at 2 that it would be 15-30 min. Ended up having to shift plans because of this. Other than that, room was good, included breakfast was nice as well."

"I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed four nights. This is not a new or fancy hotel, so have realistic expectations. While it’s an older building, it’s updated (not necessarily modern) and kept clean.
