"Liked the gym and free water facilities but really not accessible - we had to park and go up and down stairs with a baby and pram. And then when we got to the room multiple sockets weren’t working even though the engineer said they were… and the room also wouldn’t cool down. They ended up giving us a tower fan. Also the crib isn’t a crib- it’s a pack and play with only the lowest insert. We had an infant and it was really hard to keep her at the bottom because she would roll into under the mesh."

"My mother is in a wheel chair so we had the suite with the roll in shower. You hotel was the first one we stayed at that had the handheld in the middle which is so helpful since she cannot stand."

"Located near the JFK AirTran, I had an early flight and they held my bags until check in time so I could explore the city. The breakfast was great and the view was pretty good too. Floor to ceiling windows. Very clean and modern. I would definitely stay again."
