"Hotel is in a great location. A few minutes walk from the tube station. Plenty of food options near by. We arrived early before check in time and wanted to drop our luggage off. The reception staff were very polite, professional and they actually checked us in as they had a room available which was a bonus. If they didn’t have a room ready they would have stored our luggage for us. It was one of the hottest weekends this year and they had a free cold water tap available to top up water bottles....

"I absolutely and without hesitation give the staff a five star rating however those little pods were not built for 75 year-old women. There is no plug-in in the pod and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat down and I bumped my head twice going into the pod and there should be a rack above you in the pod. "The hotel is an an excellent location: a tube stop is literally across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance, including Covent Garden, the Victoria and Albert, Natural History, and Science museums. That's the good news. While the lobby appears grand in a fusty, pretentious way, the rooms need a serious refresh. The front desk staff was generally uninterested in helping, with a few exceptions.
