"Rooms are clean, and it’s in a good location. The staff could be more helpful and accommodating. The TVs were not working for my entire stay. It would have been appreciated to have this explained in a friendly manner."

"The owners and staff were very kind and helpful when asking for information on how to get to places and recommendations. The breakfast was simple but very good each day. They were very kind and efficient when serving. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Very happy with our stay for our first time staying in London and at Luna Simone. The owners were great, they were our servers at breakfast, they are twin brothers."

Decor functional, you probably paying for location on this one, easy access to London locations , value for money not really, you could stay a similar priced property which have a bit more style and pazzaz, bedroom corridor on 6th floor hasn’t been vacuumed for 4 days , housekeeping standards !!! "Room was extremely tired and after maintenance atempted to fixed the TV and bathroom sink the next morning it had to be reported again. The Irish Sports bar "joke" football was on an after asking the bar attendant to put the volume on and not the subtitles his response was "people are eating so we dont out the volume on" What is the point of a sports bar when you cannot hear the actual event, I wasn't the only one complaining. GM dont advertise something to only provide part of the service."

"It was a small but great room. The space is used well with storage under the bed and a pull out little table. The usb plug ins and lights by the bed are convenient. The staff were always available and very helpful."

"It was an overall ok experience. Given that this is a 5-star property, I did expect a more grand experience. We are supposed to have still or sparkling water in the room and each day the still water was not replenished. We had to call several times to have it brought specifically to the room and each time were questioned as to whether we check the room first. Worse, each time we had to call multiple times because we would wait only to not have it arrive. Each time totaled more than an hour. We...

"I liked the location, the helpful staff, and the room was very comfortable, including the bed. Lighting was sufficient and there were plenty of electrical outlets for my devices. In all, it was a very lovely stay."
