Quiet area and close to everything. The park is down the street and is walkable to a lot of places. The staff are very friendly and rooms are very clean.

Jorge,You only booked 2 rooms. You arrived with 5 adults. Therefore we offered a family room with supplement charge to accommodate the 05th person . Its very reasonable and discounted rate.

Terrific hotel - right by Paddington station, walkable to Hyde Park and Kensington, great restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel is on a quiet side street and beautiful inside, with modern facilities and soft luxury towels and sheets. The only possible downside is that they don’t have breakfast, but there’s coffee shops and restaurants steps away (particularly recommend Lauren’s, right around the corner.)

I’ve stayed at this hotel for many years. The staff are always extremely professional and friendly. It’s convenient for Paddington and the Central line. Food options are a little limited close by, but the rooms all have fridges and microwaves so you can stock up at M&S at Paddington and have a night in!

Very good location - property was quiet - room a little on the small side but it had everything I needed. Have a small kitchenette is a huge plus so highly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel room is extremely small, no proper lobby or services of food, it's definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The room had never been aired out and the air was foetid, stale and sprayed with a cheap air freshener that produced an almost toxic mix.

The other houses along the same block on Gloucester Terrace are not well kept. Lot's of trash and peeling paint, dirt. One of the house's front porch looks like the community waste dump.
